my back got f'd up

so many months of online uni sitting in a f chair all day my backs killing me. plus i was 5'11 almost 6ft before lockdown now im 5'10. any recommendations to get back to where i was
 
I used to have the same issue. I developed bad posture but always sit upright no matter how uncomfortable it is.

I do stretches and don't sit down continously for many hours if I can avoid it.

Do you have posture issues ?

lol my relatives always say i walk hunchbacked so maybe

and after a few hours of sitting down you just slouch

You need to fix this ASAP. If you're having these issues now imagine how your back will be like in 30 years time. Situp straight for as long as you can and have your friends and family tell you if you're slouching.

Do the same for walking. Shoulders back, neck and torso upright and tuck in your chin. Don't walk like a turkey.

Buy an adjustable desk and switch between sitting down and standing up.. I have an adjustable desk in my office and when I'm tired of sitting down I just stand up and then adjust the desk to my height.

Your sitting posture was probably WRONG. Consult with a physiotherapist to relief the pressure from your back.

You need people like me
Dead hang for at least 5 mins a day - it doesn’t have to be in one go. You might also want to buy a stool off Amazon since it forces your back to be straight.
