Damn i had a quick read and this Muslim Girl account is a clear agent of misinformation.
It really is an entire network and this is just one part.
It includes almost all of the figure heads you have seen promoted for the past 20 years, particularly in the US. They were carefully placed there and funded for particular aims of distorting Islam.
