It's best to focus on helping your people so you all may one day help others. What good are you to the ummah when your country is in a bad state? I also recommend people stop wearing khamiis and abaya and wear traditional clothing instead. Someone can make big bucks making traditional clothing practical.

Abaya is already heavily integrated as well as Khamiis, but I would like traditional clothes like the Somali Bisht to be revived and wearing that with a turban or the Somali sunnah cap would be awesome and maybe a garment of some sort for the upper body and macawiis as casual clothes both can be casual though since there can be long sleeved and short sleeved Somali Bisht's.

This is obviously true however some times people suddenly start being vocal about their own people when others are getting the attention.

For example the All Lives Matter movement was created to distract from the Black Lives Matter movement which was currently being pushed.

Once Black Lives Matter was less popular in the news cycle All Lives Matter also died down. It was a psyop of an psyop.

We should care about Somalis all tear round not just when there is an attack on Palestine.

However this time we have an excuse because we are experiencing a horrible flood.
