Muslim Ethiopians relationship with Somalis

Guys, I been pondering about this just now because of my earlier engagement with an individual from Ethiopia on twitter space. I have noticed their is a bunch of Semite Muslims who have utmost distain, repulsion and contempt for us as a people (Somalis). I say this because I have noticed alot of Somalis of kindred hearts here on Somalispot will say or have said they are our brothers cause we are brothers in Islam. I disagree theses people have used all kinds of slurs to demean and demonize us like "slaves", "terrorists"or how "Semites are supperior to Cushites" especially with the recent tension between the two nations. Although I shut that mongrel down real quick by informing him Amharas throughout the annals of history been subjucated my cushites. I brought this up to bring up a level of awareness for our people to know and understand the people we are dealing with and that just because someone is of our belief, we shouldn't automatically assume they have our best interest at heart. I will also include muslim Oromos in that category but not as vile as the Habesha muslims.

What are your thoughts? I would love you guys to weigh in the matter.

However eastern Oromo, Harar have always been aligned with Somalis. Eastern Oromo and Afar are basically an extended part of Somaliweyn in our cultural similarities beside Islam which also unify us.
An oromo in hararghe would feel closer to a Somali than with a Christian oromo to his west.

The horn was always like this until the past 50 years or so. Where instead of religion + lowland vs Highlands it became about Ethnicity. That's when eastern oromo started to see somali as their enemy and started working as a single unit with Christian oromo under the banner of shared ethnicity.

Fr how can a slave to his own ethnic kin throw about that word to Somalis kulaha. We're the only niggas in the horn that fought for Islam whilst Afars and Muslim Habasha sucked off the Solomonid kings.
