So according to this dude, mixed black/white people are mentally unstable.
That's why maybe Somali people are prone to mental health troubles (depression, etc) and also aggressivity.

We have a culture that bashes mental health illness and we are prone to depression due to our DNA, since we are a mixed race population.

I think our inbreeding, bad nutrition, low D vitamin intake has had a bigger effect on our mental states at least in the West than being race mixed per se.
I heard that even Ethiopians have this probably with mental health..It may has to do with inbreeding since Somalis marry each other.

@4head, you need to realise that every single race on this plant is basically a amalgamation of two or more ethnic groups. For example Europeans are a mix of four different ethnicities from the past.
To say that race mixed people are mentally unstable is implying that the majority of the population has mental instability as well. Which is wrong on some many levels.

What's even hilarious is every race on this planet is mixed depending on how far you go back so what he's essentially saying is every human being is prone to have a mental illness. This is why you should never take these people seriously. They're a bunch of simpleton dunderheads that don't know what the hell they're talking about. It's only a false agenda.
What truly causes mentally unstable people and personality disorders is inbreeding. The problem with inbreeding is related to a too-small gene pool that may include an increased prevalence of genetic disorders
