Higher rank kulahaa he rebelled and when they couldn't stop him they had to give him 4 million US dollars so yeah he is not returning to some 3rd world "army" if you can call it that. He's going to be living his best life you can count on that.

He is probably touring what to invest in and will likely invest in real estate which is perfect for someone of his net worth.
He can afford one colonial style luxury house for around 2 mill and rent it out monthly for ~5k(very much in africa) he can then sell it for more when hes bored of it(the price will definitely go up as kenya gets better)

Too unstable saaxib let the man just have his properties and grow old. Rwanda is where its at but not for an older Somali man its like trying to get into silicon valley who the hell can understand any of that?

He will have enough wealth in a few years off properties to try again from a safer vantage point. He might be too old but he can invest with his sons and get ahead with them.

The future is digital in africa right now the middle class is growing but they are very behind in the digital space things like Taxify/mondo changed the market around 2017 cadaans secured the transport bag first but things like Zillow or Ebay are still in there infancy due to limitations like poor photography too little listings or no real reliable postal service. Cadaans will slaughter this sector Somalis will keep being improved versions of Hindis and just chase them out of every sector.
