Something not right with this story......A 45 year old with little previous convictions finds a gun and blasts someone in the head after a minor argument. I think it was a hit.

He will come out at the age of 55. There is something fishy about this story. What 45 year old farax (I am assuming this fellow is a Farax) has access to a gun and will shoot someone after an argument.
