I am an anti-revisionist, I do not worship the USSR (especially after Khrushchev). Also I do not really even lionize Siyaad and as far as critiques of Soviet Union from the left go he [Siyaad] is not well-known, in fact I did not even know of his words on the subject until you posted them. Mao's words on this subject are more well known and in my opinion offer more insight (his words on that)

Socialism is not one or two countries we must look up to! It's a constantly adapting, material, scientific, and ongoing process- this does not mean we should not look to the past (far from it!) but we do not rest all our activities on what the people of the past did like the Monarchists.
