We are the face of Somalia. Our streets need to be clean. Mogadishu needs to fine anyone or anyone business who dumps rubbish. If you are a business owner and there is rubbish in your area you should be fined $10 and your business closed for a day. Homes that are filthy outside their gate should also be fined. Everyone needs to be responsible for their area. This will also create jobs and help keep the streets clean.
