Now that the Agooye road is entering completion, the Mogadishu - Jowhar road is beginning which will go through Balcad. This is great for farmers in lower shebelle and Middle shebelle ! Also both these roads are being built for the first time in 30 years!

Afgooye took about 3 years with loads of bombs and many turks killed and only 30 km away. Balcad is about 35 i think and you talking about jowhar which is 90km lol.

Both roads could of been built simultaneously.

They carry out operations always, Alshabab loves to plant IEDs and then run. You can't secure all 30KM with soldiers lol.

That’s not his point lol his point is without Amisom the SNA would get overrun. Everyone knows if Shabab and the dudes trained in Turkey were to duke it out the former would come out as winners. Even with less training than the SNA they’d still karbaash them. The only group to not lose land to Shabab in central/south Somalia are the Sufis and PL. The Sufis aren’t as armed as they used to be but those guys sure know how to karbaash Shabab.

No they wouldn't... they literally attacked Awdhigle , which had a gorgor battalion , and lost 70-100 of their troops.

A recent report by the US has also stated Alshabab pose no existential threat to FGS. Exposing the power of our forces

Somalia has 24K soldiers in SNA with 5k elite troops(gorgor+danab+haramcad). The rest are essentially incorporated militia.

We will see over the next 5 years an increase in Gorgor numbers and further strengthening of military.
