i don't know when it is going to end but the bombings are contained in the central south. so i don't think they are inhibiting the growth of North regions. they are other factors that are inhabiting the growth of these regions such a s corruption.

the funds you are talking are not helping the country. we need funds for infrastructure not the stuff they are doing now.

siyad barre was smart because he used to send troops to places where their qabil don't live in.
we can use the same tactics to lower the power of warlords militia and we can use it in administration and other sectors of government.

send isaaq to hawiye land and ogaden to hargeisa and marehan to Puntland and mj to gedo and so on.

they are other things they can do to promote growth other waiting these funds.
they can make easier to start a business.
they can help business succeed by creating contract laws.
they can build better courts to deal with disputes.
they can reform government services.
they can expand property rights to cover all areas instead of the city only.
