Let him go find an employer who will accomodate his religious needs, I don't care how people run their business, if they want to accomodate you or not but there are some business who won't tolerate it and u should not work there if you don't agree with that culture. Good riddance to garbage I say.

If you are working, salah is 10 minutes with the rest of the people in your work place. Somalis are lazy and take 2 hours off for "salah" and lunch. They then take another 1.5 hours off for Asr.
