we live in era where the mentally ill people are viewed as form of entertainment, especially in Somali communities for example this lady and the other old dude (i forgot his name). we are doomed as people if we continue in this manners, instead of seeing them as entertainment we should try helping them.

Meditation is great, but some people have chemical imbalance in their brains so medication is a good option if they use it as the doctor prescribes.
