I have a nice full set of hair alhamdullilah , It looks good and i take care of it . It definetly makes me look better, and i cannot imagine going bald. I am a 21 year old guy .

I havent noticed hair loss at all , but i am getting paranoid since most somalis get bidaar. most of my family dont really have bidaar, except my uncles on my moms side.

Should i start Minoxidil or other kinda treatments now, or after i start seeing hair stuff .

I hear that but time you notice balding you’ve already lost 50% of density. Dermatologist will be able to give recommendation and can check hairs under microscope.
I used minox no issues other than extra hairs on checks I didn’t have before. Very rarely got headaches around bed time and fast heartbeat when I applied before bed

I've used everything and done everything under the sun. Do not use minoxdil unless you're willing to use to for life, you can't stop start it. Check with a dermatologist to see if you balding before considering.
