I commend him on this, this was in 1999 before he became an enemy of Somalia's sovereignty,

Somalia needs more education institutions , a nation is simply a sum of its parts. The more educated people the more power.

I personally want to go back to Somalia and lead a Physics faculty. We have no pure physicists in Somalia leading to a fundamental gap in the knowledge.
