Interesting topic I saw on Reddit

Toronto definitely comes third population wise but Somalis are concentrated in the westend but are there more Somalis in London city or Minnesota experts come in I’ve only been to London couple times but I remember Somalis being spread out but mainly in northwest London Minnesota Somalis live in every tuulo and suburb in the state but there hub is south mpls

A lot of Somalis in Minnesota are in the suburbs you have to include the metro area not just Minneapolis

Yep a lot of euro Somalis came in the 2000s. I have friends with danish and Dutch passports

Canada Somalis are going down in numbers. Many died (I personally knew like 50 who died in the 27-35 age bracket), many went to America (many Marehans and some other Darods got their asylum rejected) and some married out in the 80s and 90s from what my uncle told me (more so than even today). There were 30,000 Somalis in Toronto and 60,000 in Canada by the early 90s according to a Vancouver Sun article I read and were second to Sri Lankans in immigration numbers in one particular year. Then the numbers of Somalis coming dropped after 2000s (went back up again after 2015)
