I wonder how Uber/Lyft is going to adjust in Minnesota, they don't have a minimum wage because the ones working for them are independent contractors and they are seen as self employed contractually and they arranged that to avoid taxes, wage, and logistical costs.
They built a top heavy tech management company that doesn't produce income aside from investors. So they were only able to turn profit by pick pocketing the only part of company generating income the drivers.

Haven't seen any reports about a drop off in customer base, only that Uber/Lyft has lost many billions market cap. It's is a difficult business model to turn a profit in
