Alx did they return to Gedo? It just means more trained men for us. Good for you and for us. Hey they will return when MX sitting in Villa Somalia until then you did us a favor. As for the ones who died their families should gain a parcel of the newly liberated land.
They're police forces are top notch too. their security forces make Somalia's SNA look like a milita.

Yes if i recall correctly somalia did indeed recognize kosovo but that's not a problem since kosovo and serbia are about to sign a deal for normalization. Why did we get ourselves into shisheeye's affairs to begin with? In any sane country that deals with secessionism, you'd expect to forge closer ties with other countries in similar seats, and not actively support the secessionists
What if they would reciprocate the favor and recognize SL?
We need people with common sense to lead the foreign diplomacy department, and never fall into the same 'mistakes' again.

Agreed. We do have to sympathize with our Muslim brothers, but it seems like we use our voice through the UN, to support those causes more than other muslim countries that put their interests first.
I remember at the end of last year, there were a signatories of 50 countries to condemn China's 'crimes against humanity' after a UN report about Xinjiang. Somalia was among few muslim countries to participate.
Even today do many of them refuse or disregard the existence of mistreatments against Uyghurs.

Well on Kosovo and Uyghur’s this is the US position which is our most important ally. US desperately wants Muslim countries to support them in UN resolutions on Uyghur’s so we can leverage that. There’s benefits to it too and helps that the US is the most important partnership we have
