Mindfulness meditation

Anyone on here practice mindfulness meditation? I’ve just recently got into it and I’ve passed that threshold the experience transitions from boredom to enjoyment. Meditating for 20/30 minutes each day has made me more introspective, the inner dialogue is more visible and choices to not get that pizza or not workout are examined thoroughly instead of instinctively. I follow Sam harris’s App called waking up which has a large category of 10 minute meditation sessions and lessons from the practice. Lol my friends mum walked into him doing it and shouted at him thinking he’s doing some kufr shit, there probably is a lot of close mindedness about it but I’m interested in hearing different opinions.
