How do they equally share time with each wife and kids?

Let's say they have 2 wives, there are 7 days a week, if they spend 3 days with each wife, what about the remaining day?

I've met a young lady who shares a husband, she said he only spends 2 days with get out of the week and it's not fair to the kids. He's basically a part time father to them.

If they’re “deadbeat” dads then a thousands of thousand years of this tradition would be shunned long time ago and it wouldn’t be around today.

But polygamy is still around today and men are still marrying multiple wives.

Firstly, let's not generalise because that's clearly not the case with every single man who is married to more than 1 wife. I'll admit there are some men who favour the 1st wife over the other and there are some men who are already struggling with the 1st wife but somehow neglect her and than marry a 2nd wife, no doubt they are clearly sinning by doing lkn if the woman is educated on her deen than she would NEVER accept such a man to marry her.

It is up to the husband to be just with his wives and treat them equally and he must be fair in how he divides his time between the two. He should not favour one over the other, if he does that than he would be disobeying Allah (swt)

If he is already struggling to fulfill the rights of the 1st than he shouldn't be marrying a 2nd wife, he would be clearly sinning by doing that.

The husband should be helping his wife raise the kids and helping her with the house chores Lkn in the case of the young lady unfortunately she has no one to blame but herself, she should educate herself on the deen and know her rights as a wife and if the husband is not fulfilling her rights than she has the right to ask for a divorce.

Somali dads are generally dead beat dads. Nothing new. Reiko something tells me u will kill the other wife if your dead beat husband married a second wife. U will be counting upto seconds of time he spends with u compared to the other qaxbaah

That's why I'm marrying old man @AussieHustler his bed time is at 7 pm, he doesn't have the energy to shunkaasi another woman.
