The only way to handle this al-shabaab situation is to have a good president, who needs to comprimise with these wahaabi terrorists and deal with them like the yakuza. They need to be payed a huge some of money to handle shady things across somalia and payed to remain quiet and under control. As long as they leave politics and focus on terrorists activities abroad, I don't see a problem with negiotating with them and give our support or bayah for their foreign policy if they ever achieve it, as long as they leave their hands inside of somalia and in return we support their foreign objectives. Let them be some other countries problem

I wouldn't object to paying them off also, monthly stipend while their overseas but we must do it undetected or work out a way and it's definitely not through the formal banking system.
