Marrying back home or overseas

So my young uncle in his mid 30’s got divorced recently , his wife cheated on him and moved to America with her new man. She was born and breed in the UK. My uncle is depressed so he now wants to marry a girl back home.
But I told him it’s not a good idea, cause what I have seen on tik tok lol they have lould mouths, curse and cuss a lot. I recommend him to marry a girl from the Middle East like Saudi Arabia or UAE.

they seem more loyal and have sharaf and akhlaaq.
