Yes most likely. He is the same person named in this text.

That being said it's not easy to identify every single person named in these coins after all there are more than 5000 coins with more than 20 names of rulers and stretching for more than 500 years. To put it in perspective the yaqubi imams dynasty were founded 1600s but they have less than 20 imams. Same goes for many somali ruling dynasties that were founded around that time while these coins have more than 20 names.
