I'm convinced the state framed Steven avery and bradon

There's really no other explanation why the sheriff department kept the coroner from investigating the alleged human bones they found unless to frame Steven avery, the sheriff even went one step further threatening to jail the independent frensic team if they decided to showup at the crime scene.

The worst part is old cadaan judges preceeding in all the courts are so corrupt it's unbelievable.

Walahi if these people get hold of you its over:damn: indo"adeeg even if they are wrong they will keep fighting to keep you Locke up...:dead:

@Hatredfree

I've watched that guy's story on a crime show, is he still locked up? If he is innocent, they must have framed him to the T. The victim's car was found in their caryard. his DNA found in the car. Her remains (bones) in the fire pit next to his residence and most importantly, the evidence of his intellectually disabled nephew. I thought they must have hated this bloke so much to frame him so well, or he must be the most stupid guy by committing another major crime when he was getting lots of compensation and the public were rallying behind him. I was bewildered with his case. What makes you think that he is innocent?

Yes hes still in jail... Where do I start? This case is really corrupt state walking all over innocent man for something they couldhve prevented from the start, in the beginning when couple of high ranking officers made Steven avery their prime target because one of the officers girlfriend made false rape accusation keep that in mind. Something now we know he didn't do. Now comes the second part where croaked cop's panic and rush to frame Steven avery again because of the lawsuit he was filing against them!

I think he's innocent because all the facts point to cracked cop's planning all of this. For instance, before the victims car is discovered at Averys property (civilian Truck driver spots the car ditched in highway miles away from averys compound, worse the civilian informs one of the lead deputies in the investigation (whom by the way never discloses this information to Stevens first defense team) why is this important? Because it establishes time line that the murder took place outside of the Averys property. That would mean someone ditched the car at Averys, so if the cracked deputy radio back that he found the car ditched on the highway, what probable cause would there even be to suspect Steven avery? So there would have never been planted DNA samples, or key nor the victim car anywhere inside the Averys property.

Also keep in mind with this crucial evidence tampering from state layout the foundation for the false confession of Stevens mentally challenged nephew. Not only that but federal judge found Daseys confession coerced, another appellate court agreed but the corrupted state fought it still, finally overturning those decisions. Insane stuff.

Sxb, I got where you are coming from and I had such opinions as the story went into a roller coaster. Wasn't the photographer there to take pictures of the car Steven was selling? The fire pit, the mobile phone pinged on the same tower closer to his home and died there. His nephew's confession. I've watched other crime shows where people were found guilty in a much weaker circumstantial evidences. Maybe, that's how it works in America.

The photographer was there to take pictures because she had made an appointment with the defendant (she had known him prior to that, where she gave him her personal cell number, however, the reason we know she was there is because the defendant reported their business to the Autoshop, now he didn't have to do that since he had her personal cell number if he was planning sin? Fair? The fire pit was random fire pit where the victims bones were moved and ditched there. Many expert teams concluded it would take more than two tires to shred human corpse into little bones. Also, how to explain the other bones found far in the county? As for where her last cell single was located is really in the middle of the county, two, three blocks outside of Averys property. And she didn't die there because no one knows where she died even the state couldn't, can't establish how she died, exact location she died. Except the coerced confession from the 16th year old disabled teen.

Now my question to you is why did the deputies refuse to allow the forensec team to do their job after they have discovered the alleged human bones outside of the Averys property? Isn't it plausible they did that to move the bones, conceal evidence?
