Majority of Somalis who pursue post secondary education are from the middle class

Majority of the Somali people who I met all throughout my higher studies were well off and had at least one parent with a bachelors degree. It is the same all throughout out the Somali diaspora. Only wealthy/middle class Somalis attain post secondary education within the set times with a few lower class Somalis being the anomaly.
