Madoobe, Cirro, Deni Nairobi meeting

Since last night there has been a closed door meeting between these three leaders. No one knows the details yet but it seems based on reports that Puntland is leaning heavily towards declaring independence alongside Somaliland. The two are trying to convince Madoobe to do so as well but Madoobe is reluctant and wants to push for a confederation.

It’s early days and these are just rumours. For Cirro to be involved the talk must revolve around independence

Team UAE having a meeting close to election date. This was expected.

What about team Egypt, Turkey, Qatar(ikhwaan axis) locally known as many islamist mashruc names and both have a political and terrorist arm locally, you surely don't mention them(is it cause of murusade role in it), interesting huh? We r anti ikhwaan and any franchise they operate in the horn, mid east, or Asia and whatever psuedo Muslim name they call themselves(al qaeda, dacesh who then branch out local chapters in different sunni nations) their all under ikhwaan control who is their Washington DC.

I can see an ultimatum of some sorts maybe. I think announcing independence at this point would just empower HSM. He would take advantage of the situation like the MOU debacle.

lol it’s Deni pushing for confederation, you believe Deni is a secessionist? Haha madoobe is playing second fiddle. he brings nothing to the table, and it’s cirro who’s reluctant and needs convincing.

If he brings nothing to the table then why was he invited? If you have info, can’t you share it without getting emotional?

You need to stop taking politics personally sxb. I’ve seen a few of your posts and you seem to react in a certain way whenever Ogaden is mentioned. I don’t know what sort of cuqdad you have but it’s unbecoming of you. This is the last time I will respond to you.

PL going down the ictrafi black Zionist route would be nonsensical. At least most Isaaq support such notions. Deni would become a laughing stock.

Seems you’re the one who’s emotional, I said it as I saw it. He’s not a leading proponent of confederalism as you claimed. As for the rest of the drivel you typed, I shall simply laugh it off. No one is envious of the Ogaden ahahahah.

@Abaq Who told you this? I haven’t seen it anywhere. Your fellow OG are actually saying that UAE is at these meetings and it’s to push for support for Deni in 2026. I think that makes much more sense. Whomever told you this maybe trying to distract from what is really going on.

Whispers from a few officials. They tend to be reliable but I don't think anyone really knows what was discussed yet. Lots of guesswork. But Cirro being there is significant. he has no business discussing the presidential elections. So, what was he doing there?

Agree, he doesn’t belong there which is why it’s being hidden. UAE is there as well and he will do whatever they tell him. He may be looking for the return of SL prisoners.

That would mean atleast 4 pro-union states to three. 2/3 dont even have a consistent story of where there borders begin and end.

Is the IC supposed to recognize that?

Secession is only popular in SL. Had it been otherwise there would be politicians from these states using it as a campaign tool.
It’s all about identity. Clearly SL have an anti-Somali identity. Thats why they say shit like ‘Somalian’. That identity drives their determination to succeed. They‘ve already left in spirit. This would just provide finality. The rest of Somalis don’t have an anti-Somali identity. If/when they do, is the day they will support it.
