2 of those look like they’re about to happen. Hamza Barre is a good PM as he does what he’s told and isn’t going to kick up a fuss once this is passed. He can then go to JL and replace Madoobe in 2025.

• Ability to sack PM unilaterally.
• (Bonus) Xamse Barre after having done this becomes JL president removing Madoobe
