The only universities that have a chance of being recognized are in Xamar, for medical studies only mogadishu universities are recognized Internationally , you can have your education system while having a somali national uni branch in PL. This branch would be automatically recognized by other countries .If your branch becomes the most prestigious one you will attract student from all over the somali speaking territories and this will be good for both PL and Somalia.

Quite disgusting, Puntland should have never built that university. Somalia had nothing to do with it, why give it credit.

Credit always goes to the university. Somalia will just allow you to get recognition, PL isn't a country while Somalia is. You guys are part of somalia, if PL university is good you will get all the credit
