Not many cairns and tombs left untouched there, so many artifacts sold on the black market

Almost every single cairn that is visible has been basically destroyed by people searching for valuables. Every large cairn in Puntland has been hit by looters.
What makes me want to cry is that places like those shown in the vide actually have great climates for the preservation of DNA. We could have sequenced the remains in these large burials to see if they are our ancestors.
Now the DNA is surely contaminated beyond recovery. Incredibly sad. I hope that recovery techniques are now good enough to recover DNA from severely disturbed human burials.
