Turkey is building a military base in Somalia to train & equip Somali national army to bring back glory days and pride of the country's defence force.
It is a bold move one which will upset neighbouring countries (Kenya & Ethiopia) fearing that Somalia might invade them in future to reclaim occupied Somali territories held by Kenya and Ethiopia.
Ethiopia expressed its disappointment with turkeys decision to train and equip Somali national army with the EU and America in the past, but it seems that their protest fell on deaf ears.
