U can't compare somaliland with America. America has around 300 million people somaliand around 4 million you can't compare a big country to Somaliland.

You can if you compare it to the rate of homicides per 100,000 then you can get a sense of the comparable homicide rates. You can also compare cities of similar sizes in Somaliland and compare them to US cities. The result is clear , you are much safer in cities like Hargeisa , Burco etc then US cities like Detriot , Chicago etc. Just proves how much America is a shithole of a Country.
