I am glad we Somalis adore our animals, people get killed and entire clan wars happen in Somalia if someone harms your geel or ari.

I don't think it's because we like cattle but what is associated with your cattle and power. Clans take revenge on other clans because killing someones cattle is an afront to the clan's name and honor.
