I think it is time to quarantine Borama & Hargeisa before it spreads to the east. It would be easy to quarantine Borama since reer Borama don't travel to the east but the hard part would be Hargeisa.

It's pretty easy to lockdown. When I drived between then there's army checkpoint between all of them.
