You’re right No biases towards any president but it’s dangerous to have all the development funds sitting in xamar like that since creation jubaland hasn’t had 2 years straight of development funds sent. Its been a struggle with this villa ugandishu whether farmajo or hsm. The next president will play hard ball with any regional state and hinder any development. Exactly. Allowing Xamar to control all the money just defeats the purpose. And before the Hutus start foaming at the mouth, even if there was an Ogaden president I would still hold this position. The states should be free to access their cash without Xamar’s involvement otherwise we will have abuse of power just like Siyad Barre and Farmajo. We all know what the massacres Barre did and what Farmaajo did to the Gareen states and Jubbaland. Giving Xamar that much power again means we will be at the mercy of the next dictator
