Portland is full of crazy ass people,eveybody there is crazy from the Caadans, Mexicans, mathows, even the Asians are weird.

I just went to visit there a few months ago, theirs a small Somali community , habesha & Oromo community there too. Last time I was at a 7/11 mini mart in southeast Portland and this one white guy high off drugs was fighting the cashier while I was going to grab some snacks. Then as I walked to my car some other old white guy asked me if I had cocaine for sale lol. Oregon is beautiful but the people there are something else.

I would even see Somalis randomly walking in the streets in southeast Portland similar to how I randomly see Somalis in Minneapolis streets. I was there for about 2 weeks in December 2020.
