I actually agree with you. Its quite high but people make it seem like madow men (AAs) outmarry at the highest rates but that's not true.

If anything cadaans tend to be quite endogamous (maybe not ethnically but racially) as they have the lowest outmarriage rates in America (10-12%) which is similar to madow women (AA).

I think people are very interesting to study. I'm sometimes surprised to find certain multi-generational communities like 4th Generation Japanese (still exist) for instance. They tend to hold a greater reverence for their ethnicity over pan-ethnic racial labels. Wallahi, I read this and it reminded me of what many Somalis do. Though I will say Somalis are even more insular owning to culture and religion to some extent.
