Anyway, the only real debate about abortion in Islam is within the topic of R-pe and the things like birth defects/anomalies. The mothers health is 100% allowed. Poverty is 100% not allowed. And any of the allowed abortions must be done within 40-120 days, depends on madhab. As for the timing and mothers health, I’m not sure if they fit that 120 day max ban.
