That's actually not a bad idea.
A Somaliland peacekeeping troop would provide weapons, training and experience for our soldiers. It would promote greater cooperation between the North and South. It would promote Somali fraternity and prevent the abuses of AMISOM. It would also mean money coming into the hands of actual Somalis, rather than fufus on holiday from whatever jungle mountain village they come from. And Alshabab would have less powerful propaganda in using foreign invaders rhetoric to recruit new members.
But who am I kidding, the tribalists would never support such a common sense idea. So they can stew in their misery.
