I personally don't moisture my skin. I have the opposite of your problem in that my skin is super oily.

Without a moisturiser, your skin will become dehydrated and respond by producing excess oil to compensate for the lack of moisture. Try a very light moisturiser for a week and see.

Halima is right. Without moisturiser your skin will harden and will trap the sebum inside your skin leading to oil build up and acne. Find a light moisturiser with nutrients inside of it, probably a lotion, ask a woman who works at the drug store to help you (not a teenager!)
