yo earlier today I was seeing how many somali elders are in magaayad etc.. its sad knowing that majority will be old age and dead in like 30 years..

The Somalis in the diaspora 3rd and 4th generation will have a different mind to the elders of today. Its sad knowing this

I was thinking of something similiar to this.

As western born Somalis we tend to speak English to other young Somalis. So will English be the main language in our future households or will we exclusively speak Somali. This is something that will influence the future generation.
