The alarm the article is raising is about Somali Kenyans who mostly live in these counties in the North East: Garissa, Isiolo, Lamu, Mandera, Marsabit, Tana River, Wajir. Nobody counts the Somali refugees as part of the census in Kenya.
Those folks are at home in Kenya and can't and shouldn't be referred to Somalia.

furthermore, most of Somalia is under 30. Give it time, youth like that can't transform the place just yet, they need to get educated and established

Guys, we need to keep this racism in check. Kenya is one of the African nations which has moved to middle economy. Also, they welcomed many Somalis as refugees in their country. We need to stop calling every non-Cushitic person "slave".

To add on that, when the British was leaving Kenya they promised Somalis the right of self determination, which eventually did happen. And the overwhelming majority chose to exit Kenya. But their gov’t denied and forced them to remain, so this is a result of their own doings. Now Somalis are free to do, as they please, in their native land of NFD and country Kenya. No one can take this right away from them. Regardless how pressed some Somalis and Ajanabis are.

The amhara are(as far as I know) slowly losing control of Ethiopia anyways, all the other ethnic groups in the country, Somalis, Oromos, Tigray, are tired of amhara rule.
Since the county with the largest fertility rate is Wajir, a more accurate description would be “The great Degodia expansion”
Wajir is majority is Ogaden and it belongs to Ogaden
