Madobe doesn't want HSM back nor will he support him organising hawiye regional states mps in his favour for an extension or possible re election. What I found ironic is the Kenya intelligence minister is Ogaden, it's just like the CIA, a president can't make any decision without consulting intelligence(they run countries), seems like the ogadens learned politics and running Kenya behind the scenes. But Kenyan OGS are much smarter then the Ethio ogadens that's for sure or they wouldve captured security intelligence role in Ethiopia.
