I've repeated this many times and I am disgusted by both absame and sade who prefer the status quo and both sides threatening each other that the other will Lose. As a Harti Mediator, our goal is a Jubaland united at peace with itself. We don't want social division which internal/external enemies can exploit. This is our only goal. So please let's stop the empty threats against each other and pro-long the status quo.
We must tell Sade you need to drop your centralist politics and purge out any remnants from them in your clan. We must tell Madoobe we won't tolerate your in power since 2013 and it's 2023, FOR 10 years nearly, that's nearly 'half a generation' and you are not completing the security tasks that JL people expected in that time-frame, you haven't resolved the sade issue and continue promoting the status quo which as Harti find unacceptable becuz this is against our vision of a united jubaland where internal/external elements cannot exploit it due to you not doing your job.
Sade has a history of governance and hasn't got the 'hag' fight the power mentality when given power. The only problem with them is their politics is in stark contrast with the new republic post 2004. This doesn't mean they can't govern, they can. Absame also has a good resume in terms of governance in DDS/NFD. Jubaland is spoilt 4 choices on leadership and we should see this as a strength not a weakness that has to be stamped out.
I've proposed the following model. Kismayo will be purely business city outsides politics like Bosaso is. Sade/Absame need to decide who get that capital or Presidency. The presidency will have a social clan check n balance located in the territory of who-ever decides they prefer this over the president. The President will always be a 'marti' is what we want to achieve so either side realize their both 'equally' the same and one isn't lesser then the other.
1. Sade/Absame left to their own devices to reach a deal and if that fails
2. Harti will provide their input and if either side is unhappy, the final round
3. The JL Isimo or Parliament as a whole will mediate and vote and make the final decision
We must discuss what the 'technical' lay out of the negiotation will be and rules such as the above model or another model, so this means no-one can be a spoiler or cry foul once they agreed to the technical model.
