So basically-- after preaching for many years-- we need to self improve, avoid Chaos, Start by Cleaning our room to avoid Chaos, and disorder, so we can reduce future suffering. His new book states- no-no--go ahead and put one foot in the future Chaos, and one foot in order safety, because Chaos, and Suffering is going to come anyway. Go after it before it comes to you.

Like i said before-- he is --literally going around the circle - through LIFE's Theory, like a Professor, no practicality, all intellectual & theoretical bloviating! Swimming in Reality Theoretical maybes, and zero life experience-- However, if "Only" he was MUSLIM, and read Quran-- Allaah swt would have given him a simple practical tool to combat the Chaos he is so afraid of.


God clearly states in Quran many times-- This life is full of Tests, and Trials so i can know which ones among you are the BEST.


IF Jordan could know this-- he would spend less time strategizing how to avoid this impending suffering, and actually use tools he is given by his God - Allaah swt



and the tools are:



Patience. Prayers. & Prayers.

Yep. It is very good and helpful. But if you were not a Muslim, and read it- you will be lost in his lost-ness. So u can take Psychology tips from it, and skip others which u can find flows in it; because after all, he is a clinical psychologist and a professor.

I didn't like his book . I like his lectures about psychology ,but in his book I felt like he's giving bible lectures
