They will take from the ASEAN region first and then Indochina.

Thailand, Philippines and Malays will get lots of work, they know how to build homes and complex high rises.

Most of the health care work will go to Filipinos and Thais for their expertise in nursing.

Asean and Indochina workers are efficient and are already integrated into the Japanese market through trade.

Japanese are smart wallahi, it costs them less in the long term to have these workers do labour and health work, instead of waiting to breed 500k babies.

While the world over populates, japan depopulates.

Foreign workers are much needed, Japan is a demographic ticking time bomb

Also, all the white boys in the comments are hilarious. Accepting less than 75k foreign workers a year over 7 years is nothing. Japans population is 125m, they are acting like the country will collapse

Also I've realised recently that Japan is held up high by these types of people, they need a reality check lol Japanese people don't like cadaans either. Their dreams of moving to the pure ethno state to secure a waifu are a complete delusion
