Either Shinzo Abe (actual Prime Minister) increases wages for the workers, puts pressure on Corporations to less overwork the people with paternity leaves, ortherwise this situation will prevail until they reach the point of no return (extinction).

japan is one of those countries that manages to maintain popularity through things like anime and kawaii culture whilst on the inside is slowly dying, i will admit im a pretty big fan of anime and weeb culture but the countries got pretty big problems. some of these mangakas are so overworked its crazy, lets take miura the author of berserk for example. for all his 30 years in the manga industry hes only had 3 - 4 months worth of breaks. he just recently passed away. another author, the mangaka of hxh. hes been in the hospital for almost 8 years now, the manga has barely gotten any chapters and the hxh community is dying, his art gets worse even when he decides to make a chapter, its sad. i really do hope they bounce back.
