Good for him. I too went from skinny to fit and all I got is niggas consistently asking what my workout plan look like. I had more female attention when I was 55kg than now. Everytime I head to gym I remind myself I'm doing it for myself not women

Jail not only made him a fit dude with an incredibly robust frame, but it has also seem to make a major change in his character. Visually judging from his physical stance & appearance, he looks much more down-to earth and humble than before. You can tell by he carries himself in the second picture.
Too bad being an ex-prisoner has such a negative connotation and basically denotes all social status & well-being you have.
