I've become Obsessed!!!!

I used to make something similar just without the spinach and oven. I would melt the cheese on the piping hot finished scrambled eggs. Sounds amazing abaayo. I'll try it inshallah a few months from now when I'm not on such a strict diet. Did you boil the spinach or were the just spinach leaves?
I just put the raw spinach leaves on it, I didn’t boil it beforehand

I'm honestly jealous of people who are naturally skinny. :damn: They out here talking about wanting to gain weight. oh, how I wish to have that problem
It's not really all that cracked up to be tbh. I stopped eating like a pig for a few months and lost all the weight I had gained (15kg) in a year. :mjcry:
Also it gives you a false perception of being healthy, one of my friends is skinnier than me but has diabetes.

I've become obsessed with an egg sandwich I made at home out of desperation since I had no avocado left for avocado toast. :dead:I take 2 loafs of bread, wipe virgin olive oil on both sides and toast it on a pan until it gets nicely brown/crunchy. I scramble 2 eggs with no seasoning in a small amount of virgin oilve oil. I add a tiny bit of bassbass (few drops) and squeeze half a lemon on top of the scrambled eggs. I assemble that in to a sandwich using the toasted bread earlier and eat it. When i first made it I thought it would be bland, but the olive oil taste, the tanginess of the lemon, and the tiny after taste of bassbass made it really flavorful and delicious. :lawd::lawd:I was very much surprised!!!! :dwill: i've become obsessed! Bisinka! i've eaten this as all my three meals today :damn: Is this shit even healthy?! :mjcry:
Be careful sis, I don’t wanna see you on my strange addiction or getting an intervention. Seriously I’m sure you know your limits.

She's doing an excellent job, honestly. Eggs can't make you fat on their own, waryaa. I eat like 6-10 everyday and look like this lately even without lifting weights or doing cardio:

If I'm in a gym I lift weights and do calisthenics as well as weighted calisthenics but I'm very infrequent nowadays. Couple of times a week at times and many times I go weeks to a month or more without lifting. No cardio. Though just today I've decided to get back into my old habit of having swims a few times a week. Just did a 2km swim this early morning at a local beach.

But your comparing yourself who works out even if its infrequent and have developed muscles (you dont lose muscle over night) to someone who doesn't work out at all and is basically inactive since she works from home.
If she does that on a regular basis she will only gain weight.

I looked the same, only somewhat less muscled, even when I went 2+ years without working out. And no, she won't, trust me. I didn't for 2 years. Calories is not how weight gain works. It's all about macros. So long as she's not mixing fat and carbs (see here) she'll be fine. Try it yourself.

eggs are superfood. They lower the bad cholestrol, and increase the good cholestrol. They clean up the arteries(SHOCKER!). They also contain choline which literally strips fat off of the liver and increases dopamine receptors in the brain.
not to mention if you are a man, eggs have been proven to increase testostorone.

Finally, egg protein is the most complete protein of any food because eggs contain all 9 protein amino acids, and something like almost 100% of its protein is absorbed. This isn't the same for meats and other types of proteins.
