GDP per capita is just GDP divided by population. So their GDP per capita will also drop.

True, this is one hope we can have. By becoming 'useful' But somalis are smarter then this this wont happen with us. In fact its probably happened to our government but I believe they waived it off since they know we arent paying it back. I remember watching this video a while back, talking about what happens to a debt of a country after a new regime takes over.
