It's Official, I'm Going Back Vegan

As you know, I went Vegan in December of 2022. However, I drifted off and went back Vegetarian. The benefits when I was Vegan for four weeks were great; weight loss, rejuvenation, and mental clarity.

I will slowly lean myself into a Alkaline regimen.

My return to Veganism will official start, next month.

you need meat for healthy testosterone and vitamins such as D, b12, K etc..

Alkaline diet is known to make the gut a save heaven for bacteria since you need acidic stomach/environment to ward off bacteria.

Whatever you do, do a science back research first.
